A very common pharse...

How often had you overheard parent asking teacher "Why are the Pri 4 allow to utilized the upper floor toilet? They are supposed to be at the ground floor since the lower Primary are having classes?

Their reply "It's normal..."

Or "Some upper Primary student are fighting at the staircase near the back gate..."

Their response "It's very normal..."

But during meet the parent session, the principal said "We stress on discipline and hope that parents will speak the same tune too"

How to? one is lax on discipline but hope the other party to follow? to stress or not to stress??
