another favourite food

I alway have soft spot for Vege Karage.
Today while shopping at Liang Court, thinking what should I have for my lunch as I want something "light" but turn out, I ordered a mini Vege Karage Don at one of the food stall next to Meiya Supermarket. It cost $4.60, not cheap but really yummy! Definitely want to eat again next time.

mypaper dated 9 June, Monday

Read from an article in mypaper dated 9 June about "Prepare to pay more for takeaway containers"...$46 (after price increase or 15% more than Jan08) for 500 plastic containers. That is less than 10cents per container but our dear hawkers is already reaping a profit of 100% for charging customer 20cents per container for takeaway.

This makes me wonder, are they selling cooked food or plastic containers?

Sooner or later, we need to pay extra for dinning in. Now we already pay for "ice water" in restaurant so what next?

Tea Time

When my niece travel to France last year end. I've asked her to buy some caramel tea for me since I can't seem to find that particular brand in Singapore. I settle for Dilmah but at that time, it comes in variety pack of 5 different flavour which I only consume 2 out of 5. The rest I don't drink so it is a waster of money.

Now she back and I'm very thankful that she bought 3 packet of caramel tea but this time, I have problem getting my vanilla tea:(

Last weekend, I dropped by to cold storage and guessed what I still can't find any vanilla tea but DILMAH - CARAMEL TEA OF 25 BAGS! errrrgh, I'm speechless!
So now I've my long awaited caramel tea from France but on the quest for vanilla tea...ha!ha!

For those friends whom I want to share these lovely tea, please be patience cause I need to get hold of vanilla tea before serving.

BB Cream from Sol Market

Heard lots of rave about BB cream and finally bought one from Sol Market to try since my sunblock is running low...

I've just try today but hope no reaction or allergy after use, keep my finger cross!
DS saw and commented that "It looks good" oh! Thank you, son.

I think most BB cream I've heard are quite difficult to blend so a moisturizer before will do the trick. Especially since I don't makeup and prefer something to cover up my acne scar/pores so I'm happy to BB cream alone.

Wow! About $400 diff...from Jetstar. $400 is a quite a lot, equivalent to 2N hotel.

The last time I travelled by budget air, I don't enjoy the expreience but I'm comtempling to fly JetStar to Taiwan this time...ahhhh...yes? no? yes? no? AHHHHHHHHH I can't decide now!
