Potatoes & Chicken

Found this recipe from yumyumcuisine and made some changes to the original recipe because DS like to have gravy to go with his rice.

Finally finished the cooking at 6pm, didn't test the taste but it smell like the instant soup base I've brought in Japan. A bit disappointed because DS & I didn't really like it. Anyway, while DS is taking his shower, I went to the kitchen to get ready his dinner and took the chance to taste. To my surprise, it is really yummy. I can't believe myself. It is much better then I thought. Just then, DS came to the kitchen and I quickly let him sniff the food follow by sample tasting. He agreed with me and told me "Mum, it's really nice, I want! I want!"

What a delight! I'm glad I master another recipe. I must note it down in my recipe book.
